Machine Assembly

All of our equipment is assembled in house first and tested. When ready to be shipped and installed it will be disassembled to fit on trailers if it cannot be shipped as one unit.

Idea Development to Implementation

Theisen Design & Manufacturing designs in house designs based on needs of the customer through collaboration up to installation of the equipment and training.

Welding

We do custom welding jobs on just about anything. We have several TIG capacities with specialty rods as well as MIG welding.

Turning

We have multiple sized lathes along with a CNC lathe to turn everything large and small. Our largest lathe can turn up to lengths of 13 feet between centers and 18 inches in diameter.
