Machining Capabilities

Theisen Design & Manufacturing designs in house designs based on needs of the customer through collaboration up to installation of the equipment and training.

We have multiple sized lathes along with a CNC lathe to turn everything large and small. Our largest lathe can turn up to lengths of 13 feet between centers and 24 inches in diameter.

We do custom welding jobs on just about anything. We have several TIG capacities with specialty rods as well as MIG welding. 

We have a large horizontal long Bridge mill that can mill up to lengths of 12 feet long. We also have a large vertical mill as well as several smaller 3-axis mills including CNC mills.

All of our equipment is assembled in house first and tested. When ready to be shipped and installed it will be disassembled to fit on trailers if it cannot be shipped as one unit.
